The APA honored 10 exceptional individuals with Meritorious Services Awards for their leadership and outstanding service to the Association. The awards were presented during the 40th Annual Payroll Congress Awards General Session on May 11.

The APA celebrated five staff members for their tenure during Wednesday’s Awards General Session at the 40th Annual Payroll Congress in Las Vegas. These employees have been valued members of APA’s staff for at least 10 years and were given commemorations corresponding with their careers.

“You know you’ve told a great story when it engages and inspires action,” Iggy Svoboda, PP, told the standing-room-only crowd in the Future of Pay General Session at Payroll Congress on Wednesday.

In the Payroll Management and Operations education track, Payroll Congress attendees were offered workshops on topics critical to the efficiency of the payroll process and those that assist in identifying and resolving compliance issues within an organization.
