The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training has proposed regulations to implement its paid sick leave (PSL) law, which goes into effect on July 1, 2018.
The regulations include two provisions that vary from other state PSL laws:
Comments on the proposed regulations are due by the end of the day on April 8. A public hearing will be held on April 2 in Rhode Island.
