Congress Xstream kicked off its workshops by going global in Tuesday’s “Re-imagining the Global Payroll Function.”

Davida Lara, CPP, is this year’s recipient of the Global Payroll Titan Award, presented by the Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI), and is returning this year at the APA’s 2021 Congress Xstream.

APA celebrated four staff members for their tenure during Thursday’s Awards General Session at Congress Xstream. These employees have been valued members of APA’s staff for at least 10 years and were given commemorations corresponding with their career.

Thursday’s Session 5 workshop “Wage and Hour—Changing the Rules of the Game” taught attendees that rules can change quickly and unexpectedly.

Congress attendees are experiencing live networking and vendor expos like never before during Congress Xstream this week.

Wednesday’s workshop “Power Women V.A.L.U.E.” was a hit among all Congress goers during Session 4. 

During Tuesday’s Session 2 workshop, Congress Xstream attendees expanded their knowledge with “U.S. Employers and Global Payroll Challenges.”
