The Washington Employment Security Department (ESD) has announced that the deadline for paid family and medical leave wage reporting and premium payments has been delayed again. The deadline has been extended to August 31, 2019 (previously, first quarter reporting was delayed until July 31, 2019). Employers could begin submitting reports for quarters one and two on July 1.
Online reporting is now available. More information on reporting for paid family and medical leave, including a downloadable reporting checklist and a reporting overview video, is also available to employers from the ESD.
