On September 16, the federal Office of Child Support Enforcement’s (OCSE) Employer Services Team will present an APA webinar to discuss the agency’s new Communication Center. OCSE is enhancing its Child Support Portal with the Communication Center to facilitate secure message and document exchange between employers and state child support agencies. The center also will reduce the need to set up secure email accounts with child support agencies and streamline the communication process.
Currently, employers use the portal to report lump-sum payments and terminations, update information about their organization and, when applicable, manage multistate employer registration.
