Chapter Exchange and Reception
The Chapter Exchange is a crowd favorite at every Congress. Join chapter officers and members from across the nation to network in this interactive session on May 16. Meet APA’s Regional Board of Advisors and Chapter Relations Manager, Elizabeth Herrera, who will be presenting the 2018 Chapter Contest Awards and will share some exciting news all chapter officers will be rushing to register for.
Chapter Hospitality Booth
Visit with chapter members from the Charm City Payroll Association, Charles Town West Virginia Chapter, and Washington Metropolitan Area Chapter! Each of these local chapters will provide a gift basket as a giveaway showcasing their state. The Chapter Hospitality Booth will also have maps, sightseeing information, restaurant guides, and discount coupons for local attractions. Stop by to meet chapter volunteers, register for the basket drawings, and sign up for a Friday night tour of Washington D.C.’s most popular monuments.

Chapter Pictorials
Take a look at the monitors throughout the convention center during the week of Congress. They will be showcasing all the colorful and creative local chapter pictorial presentations that were entered into the 2018 Chapter Pictorial Contest. Each unique photo montage reflects the activities and events that APA’s individual chapters participated in throughout 2017.
