APA to Offer Free Webinar on Form I-9 on September 20

APA is offering members a free webinar, Form I-9 – The Employment Eligibility Verification Process, which will be presented by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on September 20 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. EDT.

Employers must verify the identity and employment authorization of each person they hire by completing and retaining Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. They must also refrain from discriminating against individuals on the basis of national origin or citizenship.

During this webinar, attendees will learn:
