APA Provides Insider Look at 2022 Capital Summit

Special Report: APA’s 2022 Capital Summit in the April issue of Payroll Currently (Issue 4, Vol. 30) offers an insider look at the latest developments affecting payroll professionals as well as updates from decision-makers and federal officials at the association’s two-day event.

On March 21-22, government representatives and industry experts joined together to provide insight into the latest developments affecting the payroll profession at APA’s Capital Summit. This year, almost every session touched on regulatory issues with payroll impacts.

Topics included: the end to temporary policies for Form I-9; increased focus on worker classification; modernization at the IRS; and biometrics and privacy. During one session, speakers described their experiences participating in IRS advisory committees and encouraged APA members to consider participation.
