As a result of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the IRS is substantially revising Form W-4, Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate. The IRS has released a draft of the 2020 Form W-4 and new draft withholding instructions in Publication 15-T, Federal Income Tax Withholding Methods.
The webinar will examine the draft form and instructions in detail.
