There are only two months remaining to recognize your team’s hard work and improvement by nominating them for a [**2026 Prism Award**](https://payroll.org/membership/prism-awards). The deadline for submissions is June 1, 2026.

The PayrollOrg® (PAYO) [**Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force**](https://ebiz.payroll.org/ebusiness/community/committeemembers.aspx?CommitteeID=35) (SPLTF) annually presents Payroll Prism Awards to payroll organizations that have demonstrated leadership in the following best practices categories over the last two years:

- Overall Best Practices
- Management
- Processes
- Technology

Additionally, service organizations that have demonstrated leadership in Shared Services over the last two years are presented with a Prism Award by the [**Shared Services Task Force**](https://ebiz.payroll.org/ebusiness/community/committeemembers.aspx?CommitteeID=33) (SSTF). Shared Services is the consolidation of business operations that are used by multiple parts of the same organization, providing cost-effective, flexible, and reliable services.

Companies of **all sizes** are welcome to participate, and any department involved in **payroll, finance, or accounting** is eligible.
