On April 9, the Social Security Administration (SSA) announced the agency expanded access to its Business Services Online (BSO) so employers have secure, uninterrupted access to the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With 24/7 access, registered users can report wages and monitor submission status at their convenience, which is helpful during busy reporting seasons.
To keep up to date with important wage reporting information at SSA, employers can subscribe to the agency’s W-2 News and view Wage Reporting videos.
