Effective for wages paid on or after September 1, 2021, the Ohio Department of Taxation (DOT) has revised percentage method and optional computer method withholding tables. The revisions reflect personal income tax rate reductions enacted earlier this year.
Weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly withholding tables are also available on the DOT website. The revised tables should be used from September 1, 2021, and going forward.
The supplemental wage tax rate remains 3.5%.
