# Nominate Your Organization for a Payroll Prism Award

Has your team recently improved business practices and overall processes? Recognize their hard work and improvement by nominating them with a [**2024 Prism Award**](https://payroll.org/membership/prism-awards).

The [**Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force**](https://ebiz.payroll.org/ebusiness/community/committeemembers.aspx?CommitteeID=35) (SPLTF) presents Payroll Prism Awards to payroll organizations that have demonstrated, in the last two years, leadership in the following best practices categories:

- Overall
- Management
- Process
- Technology

Additionally, the [**Shared Services Task Force**](https://ebiz.payroll.org/ebusiness/community/committeemembers.aspx?CommitteeID=33) (SSTF) presents a Prism Award to services organizations that have demonstrated, in the last two years, leadership in Shared Services. Shared Services is the consolidation of business operations that are used by multiple parts of the same organization, providing cost-effective, flexible, and reliable services.

Companies of all sizes are welcome to participate, and any department involved in payroll, finance, or accounting is eligible**. Deadline for submissions is July 19, 2024**.
