Happy New Year, Chapter Leaders!
As we enter a new decade, APA is excited to hear about your chapter’s growth and accomplishments. All chapters, big and small, are encouraged to submit an entry in the 2020 Chapter of the Year Contest (COTY) for a chance to win one of 12 awards! Completing the contest questionnaire also provides chapter officers an opportunity to review growth from the previous year and begin brainstorming for future improvements.
The Chapter of the Year and other contest winners will be announced and awarded at the 38th Annual Congress, held May 5-8, 2020. Because Congress is earlier in the month than in previous years, contest entries will be due earlier as well. The deadline to submit Chapter of the Year entries is February 5, 2020,
