The Education Hub displays your PAYO education event registrations from June 2025 onward, including:
Going forward, the Education Hub will display up to five years of your education event history, helping you track your professional development over time.
The Education Hub is accessible directly from your online account. To find it:
First time users see the same interface as everyone else. If no events have been registered yet, the Hub will simply appear blank until activity is added.
The Education Hub ensures your learning information stays up to date without relying on email. For example, event registrations will appear in the Hub within 15 minutes of signing up.
Webinar access links are automatically populated and delivered via a confirmation email from events@payroll.org.Most webinar recordings remain available for up to one year from the live event date. However, webinars covering time-sensitive or regulatory topics may expire sooner.
Certificates of completion for eligible event formats are generally available within one week after an event concludes.
The Education Hub was created to eliminate the most frequent pain points members experience when managing education-related information like digging through emails, information being scattered or missing, and delays in getting assistance with issues. With this feature, you now have greater control and visibility of your information, which in turn makes learning with PAYO more seamless and stress-free.
PAYO is already working on several additional enhancements to the feature, including expanding certificate availability to more class formats, including webinars, and considering future tools to support CEU tracking and progress monitoring.
