At the 37th Annual Congress last month, new FPCs and CPPs took some time to visit the Professional Development Lounge, where they got the opportunity to network with fellow payroll professionals who are certified.
Payroll certification is a valuable, objective credential that verifies an individual’s specified level of knowledge, skills, and abilities in the payroll profession. The APA offers two levels of certification: Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
For more information on certification and how to register for the FPC or CPP exams, visit the Education & Certification section of the APA website.
