The NPRM covers the EEO-1, EEO-2, EEO-3, EEO-4, EEO-5, and EEO-6. Employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees are **[required to file an EEO-1](https://www.eeoc.gov/data/eeo-data-collections)** with the EEOC, which includes information on race, ethnicity, and gender by job category. Employers count employees for purposes of the EEO-1 during a “workforce snapshot period” between October 1 and December 31. ### **Comments Requested** Comments should be submitted in writing on or before August 24 and should include a reference to RIN 3046-AB37.
