The new functionality allows employees to view details of their salary payments, including gross pay, deductions, and employer contributions to Argentina's social security system. Information on pensions, health insurance, family allowances, the National Employment Fund, and other statutory contributions is also available in the application. ### **Improving Payroll Transparency** The initiative forms part of Argentina's wider digital government programme, which aims to simplify access to public services and increase transparency for employees. By making payroll information available via a secure mobile application, employees can access their payroll data more easily without relying solely on traditional payslips or employer portals.
