Six deserving PayrollOrg members will receive PayrollOrg education at absolutely no cost through the Payroll Education Grants. Grant recipients are also eligible to win one of two free registrations for the 44^th Annual Payroll Congress.

PayrollOrg 2026 Payroll Education Grants

Established in 1992, the Payroll Education Grants recognize and honor six outstanding members of PayrollOrg for their commitment to educational and professional growth.

The six grants include:

• One Complete PayrollOrg Payroll Training Package entitling the recipient to the following:
  • Registration to Payroll Congress (not including travel or hotel expenses)
  • Registration for any or all PayrollOrg seminars for one year, beginning with Payroll Congress and including courses at the Payroll Learning Center in Las Vegas, Nev (not including travel or hotel expenses)
  • A complete online library of current PayrollOrg publications, plus PayTrain®
• Two PayrollOrg Course/Conference Grants entitling two recipients to a free registration for any one PayrollOrg course or conference of their choice. This grant is good for one year, from May 12, 2026, through May 10, 2027. The free registrations do not include travel or hotel accommodations.
• Three Payroll Source Plus® Grants entitling three recipients to one-year subscriptions to PayrollOrg’s online payroll reference library which includes The Payroll Source®, Federal Payroll Tax Laws & Regulations, Federal Payroll Non-Tax Laws & Regulations, Guide to State Payroll Laws, and the PayState Update newsletter.

How to Apply

You may complete the application for yourself or nominate a fellow PayrollOrg member. Please provide the applicant’s contact details, including name, email address, and best contact telephone number.

Candidate Requirements

1. Current member in good standing of PayrollOrg
2. Minimum of three years of work experience in the payroll field
3. Previous grant winners are not eligible to apply for another award until at least three years after receipt of their previous award
