APA’s Payroll Tax Forum Starts in July

APA’s Payroll Tax Forum seminar provides a midyear update on the latest payroll compliance changes coming from Congress and federal agencies. This year’s Forum, sponsored by BSI, will provide in-depth coverage on how the continuing COVID-19 pandemic and the new Biden administration will affect payroll compliance.

What You Will Learn by Attending

Attendees will:

  • Learn about some of the priorities of the Biden administration that would affect payroll
  • Understand the payroll-related provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021
  • Learn about revisions to Forms 941, 941-X, and 7200
  • Ensure they are reporting payments to independent contractors appropriately

Seminars to Be Offered Live and Virtual

The one-day seminars will be offered live from July 19-26 in various cities and in an interactive virtual classroom from July 19-23. The four class segments also are offered online as webinars, both live and on demand.
