The 2021 Compliance Calendar includes the filing dates for Forms 941, deposit due dates for withheld federal employment taxes, as well as the requirements for filing and distribution of Forms W-2, 1095-C, 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC (beginning with 2021 filing for tax year 2020), and more. The calendar also includes the dates within which employers may make lawful shortfall deposits.
