The 2021 Human Resources Today MVP Awards are held by Human Resources Today, a website/newsletter that aggregates HR thought leadership from over 900 sources. The awards are designed to recognize the top thought leadership that has appeared on Human Resources Today between October 2020 and October 2021. The Most Valuable Posts (MVP) will be recognized for being insightful, valuable, and providing actionable lessons.
The APA is on a panel of expert judges that reviewed the nominations and narrowed them down to a list of finalists in two categories: employee experience and remote and hybrid working. There are three other categories in the awards: talent acquisition, workplace wellness, and other.
