Transform Your Leadership Style With the Leadership Excellence Series
Join award-winning motivational speakers Pegine; Courtney Anderson Broadhead, JD, M.S., M.B.A., B.A.; Kelly Swanson, CSP, CPAE; and Patricia Fripp, CSP, CPAE, for the expanded seven-session Leadership Excellence Series at the 42nd Annual Payroll Congress. Attend one or all of these exhilarating sessions this week for insights you won’t soon forget.“One of the most enjoyable aspects of speaking at Congress is the enthusiasm and engagement of the audience,” said PayrollOrg’s 2022 Partner of Excellence, Fripp. “Attendees have the freedom to choose the sessions they attend, which means they are genuinely interested in the topics discussed. This creates a dynamic and interactive environment that is both inspiring and rewarding.”
Beginning today, the series kicks off with Fripp’s Advanced Career-Building Presentation Skills. This dynamic session will equip you with techniques to open with impact, build credibility with specificity, and elevate your presentations from ordinary to extraordinary.
Continue on Wednesday, May 8, with three sessions to help advance your career. Pegine, PayrollOrg’s 2023 Special Friend honoree, leads things off with Communicate Your V.A.L.U.E., teaching attendees to see what they have to offer and how to communicate that to other people. Then Fripp teaches the art of impactful self-promotion in Selling Yourself and Your Ideas, and Anderson Broadhead wraps up the day with her first session, Pragmatic Payroll Career Strategies! This seminar addresses how to plan the phases of your payroll career before, during, and after you exceed your goals.
On Thursday, May 9, experience Pegine’s blend of storytelling, audience participation, and comedy return to the stage with The Great Integrations: Embrace, Engage, Enroll, and Thrive. Then, international strategic leadership innovator, former business law professor, and business and legal expert Anderson Broadhead presents Meeting Magic!, teaching meeting management mastery-level skills.
The series wraps on Friday, May 10, as Closing General Session Keynote Speaker Swanson brings her revelations about the power of storytelling to this year’s Leadership Excellence Series. In The Persuasion Principle Part II: Make a Greater Impact on Your Team and Business, Swanson leads her audience in exploring the "Narratives in Numbers." Attending payroll professionals will learn the powerful art of storytelling to enhance their communication, engagement, and effectiveness within their roles.
Returning for the first time since 2016, Swanson is grateful to be back at Congress.
“They laugh at all my jokes,” she said. “They appreciate being taken on a journey through story. And I still have people who are friends from when I spoke there back in 2016.”
You too can embark on a transformational journey by attending the Leadership Excellence Series at Payroll Congress.
