Take the Payroll Profession Confidence Survey: Findings to Be Revealed at Payroll Congress
Want to know how your peers view the payroll profession and their outlook for the industry?
The Payroll Profession Confidence Survey is a first-of-its-kind, sentiment-based approach that aims to “take the pulse” of payroll professionals around the world. The survey intends to amplify the voice of the payroll community as well as elevate and nurture the future of the profession.
Through this research, payroll professionals will better understand the following:
- The current sentiment and outlook for the payroll profession and community
- Which tangible and intangible factors are key to payroll’s success
- The biggest challenges and obstacles to payroll elevating its presence within their organization
- Where organizations should focus investments to support payroll as a strategic value enabler
Created by industry expert Pete Tiliakos and 3Sixty Insights, the Payroll Profession Confidence Survey is an unsponsored, non-monetized research study solely designed to raise awareness for the profession.
The anonymous data will be used to build the new Payroll Profession Confidence Index report, which will unveil its findings for the first time at PayrollOrg’s 42nd Annual Payroll Congress in Nashville, Tennessee, May 7-10.
The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete and will help the payroll profession learn, grow, and have a more impactful seat at the table.
Raise your voice and take the Payroll Profession Confidence Survey, open now until March 22.
