Presentations should focus on a body of work relevant to the payroll function, and must be appropriate for one of the following categories:

  • Benefits & Compensation: Best practices and trends in the field of benefits and compensation, including the latest on fringe benefits, stock options, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.
  • Executive: Metrics, best practices, change management, and outsourcing geared toward executives, vice presidents, directors, and managers in finance, payroll, HR, and technology.
  • Government Affairs: Legislative and regulatory updates for professionals involved in maintaining compliance.
  • Global Forums: Payroll, taxation, and related issues from a global perspective. Topics could include paying nonresident aliens, international employee data privacy, and global risk management.
  • Payroll Processing: Topics critical to the efficient operation of the payroll process. Subjects could range from internal controls to electronic payment methods and reconciliations.
  • Wage Payments and Deductions: Topics critical to ensuring that employees are paid accurately. Subjects could range from regular rate of pay and handling overpayments to child support and other mandatory deductions.
  • Industry Specific Forums: Hot topics and the unique issues of special interest to practitioners in a variety of trades and industries.
  • Technology: Latest technology trends such as information security, electronic forms, and self-service internet portals for IT and HRIS professionals and those who interact with them.
  • U.S. Taxation and Forms: Topics essential to the understanding of U.S. payroll taxation and reporting compliance, including, but not limited to, Forms 940, 941, 1099, W-2, W-2c, and W-4.

Upon entering the submission platform below, you will be prompted to log in to your account. If you do not have an account already, you will be asked to create one.

Sessions will be 60 minutes in length. Sales presentations and product-specific and/or demonstration proposals will not be considered but contact vendorrelations@payroll.org for other options for product demonstrations and thought-leadership opportunities.

Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. EDT, 19 June 2026.
