Sample Local Grub at Long Beach Restaurants
Feeling hungry? You will after all of your payroll education and networking this week, so be sure to visit one of these restaurants for a taste of Long Beach during the 37th Annual Congress. All locations listed are within walking distance of the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center (300 E. Ocean Blvd).
If you’re in the mood for breakfast fare at 6:00 p.m., go to the place where breakfast never ends—the Long Beach Café (615 E. Ocean Blvd.). This local diner has a generous menu filled with all-day breakfast, comfort food, and healthy options at reasonable prices.
If being near the coast has you in the mood for seafood, try Pier 76 Fish Grill (95 Pine Ave.). This eatery offers a variety of in-season seafood and craft beer pairings, including lobster rolls, fish and chips, and smoked fish tacos.
Then end your night at The Auld Dubliner (71 S. Pine Ave.), an Irish pub and restaurant that frequently hosts live music.
