Motivational speaker Pegine, whose inspirational messages have resonated with payroll professionals since her APA debut at Congress Xstream 2020, brings her Leadership Excellence Series back to this year’s Congress Xstream with two sessions on Thursday, May 20.Pegine

The two sessions are the following:

• “Influencing, Impacting, and Inspiring Your Employees for Positive Results”—Workshop Session 7, 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

• “Building a Beautiful Organizational Mosaic by Recruiting Colorful, Delightful, Brilliant People to Your Organization”—Workshop Session 9, 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Pegine will celebrate the unique aspects in each one of us and how to communicate their value to manifest success.

In “Influencing, Impacting, and Inspiring Your Employees for Positive Results,” she will discuss how leaders can create an atmosphere of stress and isolation, resulting in low productivity, gossip, and interpersonal chaos or one of support and team spirit, which results in high productivity, strong morale, and an effective team environment.

In “Building a Beautiful Organizational Mosaic,” she will explain how mission-focused organizations with a vision reap the rewards of building a diverse organization filled with interesting, colorful, delightful, brilliant people with ideas, innovation, and processes for results. Pegine will share techniques, opportunities to explore, and innovative ideas that you can use to attract these diverse, fascinating, interesting, and hardworking individuals.
