Long Beach Shopping Offers Something for Everyone
Explore sunny Long Beach during your Annual Congress stay this week. After your workshops, why not bring something home to savor the good memories by checking out these local shopping favorites?
The Pike Outlets (95 S. Pine Ave.) is an open-air entertainment, dining, and nightlife destination next to the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center and the Aquarium of the Pacific. The center features more than 344,000 square feet of retailers, restaurants, and various entertainment options including Cinemark Theatres, H&M, and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
For more alternative ventures, check out Fourth Street (E. 4th Street). Nicknamed “Retro Row,” this district is home to more than 40 independent merchants and locally owned venues ranging from kitschy to contemporary. Go back in time and try on some vintage apparel or sample local coffee and a poetry jam.
Make your way to the ocean and stop by Shoreline Village (401-435 Shoreline Village Dr.). This oceanside village shopping center offers plenty of nautical-themed treats and treasures that can be found in Pirates Cove and The Beach House.
