For 43 years, Payroll Congress has been the payroll profession’s largest premier educational event for PayrollOrg members, their colleagues, and allied professionals in accounts payable (AP), finance, HR, global payroll, and benefits.

This year’s multi-day Payroll Congress program will offer more than 100 educational workshops where attendees can earn up to 20 RCHs for attending Payroll Congress, plus an additional 14 RCHs for attending the 2025 Virtual Congress and Expo, July 9-10.

How to Register

Make sure to check your inbox for workshop selection instructions and a complete list of all the available workshops happening during the 43rd Annual Payroll Congress. Follow these steps to access this year’s workshop selections: 

  1. Click here to enter workshop selections (you will be prompted to log in first).
  2. As you select your workshops, keep these things in mind:
    • Your selections will be highlighted in green and automatically saved.
    • To change your selections, click on the green selected button and then select the workshop you would prefer to attend.
  1. Once you have made all your selections, print a copy of your selections to bring with you to Payroll Congress; printers will not be available on-site. Your workshop selections will appear in the Payroll Congress App.

Workshop Handouts

You should’ve received an email with a link to preview all handouts prior to attending Payroll Congress. If you wish, you may print or download handouts for your workshops to take with you to Payroll Congress. Printers will not be provided on site to print handouts.
