Workday is attending the [American Payroll Association’s (APA) Annual Congress](https://www.workday.com/en-us/company/events/apa-congress.html) once again this year, and we look forward to sharing best practices on how to tackle the changing landscape of payroll and compliance with all of you.

Come find us at the following sessions:

- Joy Blankenship, Director, Global Payroll & Stock Administration, Workday, is speaking on a panel about the major functions of a 401(k) plan on **Wednesday, May 16, 8:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. in National Harbor 11.**
- Laurent Botella, Senior Director, Product Strategy, Workday, will discuss how machine learning is driving advances in payroll technology and payroll processing activities on **Wednesday, May 16, 9:45 a.m.-11:15 a.m. in Chesapeake 1-3.**
- Laurent will also moderate a customer panel on **Wednesday, May 16, 1:45 p.m.-3:15 p.m. **with Barb Muellerleile, CPP, Director of Finance/Payroll, Panera Bread; Kathleen Matzke, CPP, U.S. Payroll Manager, Ecolab; and Jim White, CPP, Payroll Manager, The Mosaic Company, about how Workday Payroll is transforming their entire hire-to-pay process with a single system **in National Harbor 10.**
- On **Thursday, May 17,** **from 2:15 p.m.-3:45 p.m**., Kristen Emery, Senior Product Manager, Workday, is speaking on a panel about how to turn payroll data into meaningful information in **Maryland D**.
- Also on **Thursday, May 17,** **from 2:15 p.m.-3:45 p.m**., Laurent will present a session detailing time and attendance trends in **National Harbor 2**.
