If a thick steak is on your culinary wish list, the Old Hickory Steakhouse, which has a four-and-a-half star rating, should be at the top of your list. However, if a scrumptious Italian meal is what you crave, then reserve your spot at Revello, rated at three-and-a-half stars.

  • Solario Cantina: Stylish Mexican eatery with a full bar
  • Cascades American Café: Regional comfort food
  • Paisano’s Pizzaria & Vino: Italian kitchen with atrium dining

  • Stax Burgers: Counter-served burgers and fries
  • Wasabi’s Sushi: Japanese eatery and bar

Need to grab some coffee in between workshops? Try the Cocoa Bean in the Cascades Lobby, the Delta Marketplace, or the Conservatory Cafe in the Garden Atrium. There will also be coffee to purchase in the Convention Center, near the Delta Ballroom, Wednesday, May 8 and Thursday, May 9 from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., and Friday, May 10 from 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
