As Congress-goers may have seen in the news, there was an incident on Saturday afternoon at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. Media reports indicate that a section of the HVAC unit in the separate building that houses the indoor pool collapsed.

PayrollOrg has been in contact with representatives from the Gaylord and they have assured us that the areas of the property being utilized for Payroll Congress have been cleared by local authorities to resume normal operations.

According to Gaylord representatives, the separate pool building will be closed for the foreseeable future, but all other amenities, including the outdoor pool, Lazy River, fitness center, and spa will be open during Payroll Congress. The Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center looks forward welcoming our attendees and providing an exceptional conference experience for everyone.
