CT26 - Keyhole“If leadership is in your future, your presentations must reflect it,” said Fripp. “Learn the framework that increases credibility, communicates authority, and helps your ideas inspire action.”

On Wednesday, May 13, continue the series as Sheriff presents “The AI Alignment Problem,” offering practical, risk-based frameworks and ethical strategies to evaluate AI tools.

“Now, as AI enters payroll, we’re stepping into a new high-stakes story,” warned Sheriff. “The technology is powerful—but it’s your skepticism, integrity, and decisions that determine whether this ends in trust … or failure.”

Also on Wednesday, Fripp returns with “Speak with Confidence, Inspire with Clarity, and Lead with Conviction” to teach the proven principles used by world-class communicators to elevate every interaction. The day ends with Pereda presenting “Resilient & Adaptive Leadership in Time of Disruption.”

“In times of disruption, the most effective leaders aren’t the ones with all the answers—they’re the ones who can stay grounded, adapt quickly, and guide others through uncertainty with steadiness and trust,” said Pereda. “This workshop gives you the framework to build upon no matter what the circumstances.”

The Leadership Excellence Series concludes on Thursday, May 14. First, join Sheriff in the morning for “Professional Ethics: An FTX Story” to gain practical tools to strengthen your ethical decision-making and professional judgment.

“FTX was once a $30+ billion crypto exchange—until it collapsed almost overnight, exposing what happens when ethics and judgment quietly erode,” said Sheriff.

Then, end the series that afternoon with Pereda’s “Effectively Leading in a Multi-Generational Environment,” as she empowers you to navigate generational dynamics with confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of connection.

“Leading across generations isn’t about managing differences—it’s about understanding them, translating them, and turning them into a collective strength,” offered Pereda about this final lesson.
