Congress Attendees Shine in Costume Contest
Everyone was dressed to impress during Wednesday night’s costume contest, where attendees flaunted their fashions to their peers once again in a live venue at Payroll Congress. Winners were chosen in these categories: Artistic; Scientific; Luminescent; Experimental; and Duo or Group.
First-place recipients of this year’s costume contest are:
- Artistic—Recreate a famous work of art and become a living forgery with an artistic costume. Winner: Dana Harmon, CPP, as "Payroll Picasso"
- Scientific—Dress up as an iconic science enthusiast from pop culture, history, or one of your own invention. Winner: Michael Schoelles, CPP, as "Doc Brown"
- Luminescent—onfigure a costume that lights up the contest, and the party. Winner: Pegine as "Butterfly Fire"
- Experimental—This innovative couture should test conventional boundaries with unusual material and design. Winner: Becky Harshberger, CPP, as "Purple Delight"
- Duo or Group—Get the gang together and coordinate costumes for any of the categories above. Winner: Arrow Electronics as "An Arrow Story"
Thank you everyone for your creative flair!
