The highly anticipated release of the 2025 Payroll Congress app is finally here and is available for download from the Apple Store and Google Play Store for iPhone and Android users.

The app was launched this month and provides users with a fully interactive experience through the following features:

  • Personalized schedule—Integrate the app with a personal agenda planner, allowing you to create and build a schedule with My Show Planner
  • Improved networking capability—Connect with vendors and peers via the Exhibitor Dashboard, which can serve as an online to-do center to help you organize important tasks
  • Greater access to Congress videos for viewing
  • Improved notifications about important events, workshops, and alerts from Congress Today Online
  • Enhanced mapping technology that enables you to locate specific Expo booths, workshops, and amenities

To download the 2025 Congress app, iPhone and Android users will need to follow the following steps:

  1. First, if you still have last year’s app on your device, make sure you delete that one before proceeding with the download of the 2025 Congress app. Once the old app is deleted, you can download the new Congress app by going to:
  1. Click to create your My Show Planner account.
     
  2. Complete the form and create a password for future logins. Be sure to use the email address that you registered for Payroll Congress with if applicable.

  3. Click on your initials in the top left corner, then click on the link to enter your PAYO ID on your badge. Please note, your badge ID can be found in your confirmation email or on your show badge. 

  4. Clicking the planner button at the bottom of the app will open your personal agenda where you will see the workshops you previously selected.

Of course, attendees can further enhance their experience by also downloading the app from the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center.
