Welcome to the Chapter Blog!

This new blog is just for you and your chapter to get the news, updates, and advice you need to run a successful chapter. The APA’s Chapter Relations Department, Board of Advisors, Chapter Recognition Committee and local chapter members will share their tips and tricks with you on chapter operations, social media, marketing, study groups and more. All you have to do is subscribe to the page to get the latest news and updates.

Along with the awesome and informative biweekly posts, we have a few extra features in the blog that we have added to help you in your chapter journey:

  • You can now ask your chapter questions via Twitter using #APAChapters. Go check out the Connect page to see all the questions chapter officers are asking and start tweeting alongside them.
  • Since it can sometimes be difficult to find chapter related forms and guides, we have placed them all in one handy spot known as the Resources page. If you want to share some of your chapter’s useful resources, send them to the Chapter Relations Department to get posted.
  • There is a comments section located at the bottom of each post for you to ask your questions or give feedback and extra advice on specific topics like membership participation, statewides or regional meetings and more. 
  • Since the blog’s contributors will be made up of our lovely chapter officers, feel free to submit your post to chapterrelations@americanpayroll.org, and you will be credited for it – making you a blogger!
