Our volunteers are eager to meet you, so be sure to stop by! We will be located on Convention Center Level 2 near the Registration area, the Expo hall, and the General Sessions.

Come early and stay late to enjoy our state! Colorado has something to offer everyone, every season of the year. Hiking is abundant in our 4 national parks as well as fabulous skiing at the 20+ resorts in the state. If indoor activities are more your style, Denver offers a myriad of museums, including the Denver Art Museum, Colorado History Museum, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Molly Brown, a Titanic survivor, House. And that’s not all, there’s also the Great Sand Dunes in the southern part of the state, the Air Force Academy and Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, wineries on our western slope, untold beauty in our mountains, Cherry Creek state park, the Aurora Reservoir, Elitch Gardens amusement park, and four professional sports teams!

While you are here at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center, the hotel invites you to enjoy all it has to offer, including five sit-down restaurants, Pinyons bar in the center of the Grand Lodge, a climate-controlled indoor pool, and a heated outdoor pool in Arapahoe Springs water park complete with a lazy river and stunning views of the mountains and Aurora. Don’t forget to unwind and relax after a long day at Congress with a service from the luxury Relache spa onsite.

The city of Denver is a mere 19 miles from the Gaylord. Here, you will find museums, world-class shopping, and abundant nightlife. The most often used mode of transportation there is the hotel shuttle to the light rail station and then the light rail travels directly to Union Station in downtown. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also available.

Our host city of Aurora has many opportunities as well for outdoor activities, cultural experiences, shopping, dining, and historical information.

Remember to stop by the hospitality booth which will be on Convention Center Level 2 near Registration. Our volunteers will be waiting to share knowledge with you on all these experiences and more!
