# Join Us Thursday for the First #APAChapters Chapter Chat!

The Chapter Relations Department is excited to announce that we will be holding our first - Twitter Chapter Chat on ‘Increasing Chapter Member Participation’ on Thursday, October 5th at 3 p.m. ET!

Become part of the discussion by using the [chat portal Twubs](http://twubs.com/apachapters) or participate by following [#APAchapters](https://twitter.com/search?q=%23APAChapters&src=tyah) on Twitter and including the hashtag in your tweets. Participants will be able to join Christine Stolpe, CPP, Region 4 Board of Advisor and Silicon Valley Chapter Past President, and Liz Herrera, Chapter Relations Manager for the American Payroll Association, to discuss chapter related matters such as recruiting new members, community involvement, and much more!

To give you an idea of what all will be discussed, take a look at a few questions that Christine and Liz will be answering:

- How do you involve chapter members to help recruit new chapter members?
