Kickoff the week by joining us at the Chapter Exchange on Monday, May 6, from 5:30-6:30pm CT. Represent your chapter, network with other chapter members, and learn this year's Chapter of the Year recipient!

Each year, our chapters showcase their chapter’s spirit, activities, and accomplishments through a creative and unique PowerPoint pictorial. These photos will be displayed during the Chapter Exchange.
Chapter Hospitality Booth
The Greater Nashville Chapter welcomes you to their hometown! Visit the Chapter Hospitality Booth to hear about everything Nashville has to offer and to enter into one of their drawings which include 3 $100 Visa gift cards and two gift baskets with items native to Tennessee. Their volunteers are eager to meet you, so be sure to stop by! They will be located right outside the Governor’s Lobby on level 2.

Costume Contest
The Payroll Congress Costume Contest is one of the most highly anticipated events at the conference each year. Join us on Wednesday, May 8, from 7:45 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.* The friendly competition will crown contest winners for the best costumes in six categories as voted on by a panel of judges.
- Cyber Couture- Creatively incorporate electronic or mechanical elements into your costume for a unique futuristic look.
- Golden Age- Celebrate the Golden Age of Payroll with a costume that’s predominantly gold from head to toe.
- Payroll Eras- Remind us of how far payroll has come with a vintage payroll look. Props encouraged!
- Radiant Icon- It’s payroll’s time to shine! Show off your radiance with a glamorous costume that glows, glitters, or sparkles.
- Then & Now (Duo Category)- Team up with a partner to create a clever pair of costumes that depict the “before and after” of a transformation.
- Synergy Squad (Group Category)- Get the gang together and coordinate costumes for any of the categories above.
*Participants must register for the Costume Contest at the Expo Stage, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Contest will begin at 7:45 p.m.
