Chapter SOS

Are you thinking you need to close your chapter?Lady Receiving Email

Before you make that decision, let your PAYO Board of Advisors and PAYO’s Chapter Relations team help you. Start by sending an SOS email to ChapterRelations@Payroll.org with your concerns and we will coordinate a meeting with your regional Advisor and the Chapter Relations team to discuss in detail the challenges your chapter is facing. Once we understand the situation, we can provide you with ideas and connect you to other leaders who have faced the same challenges and prevailed. We can also help you formulate a plan of action to get back on track.

There are other ways you can get help from other chapter leaders.

Or, if you’re just looking for a way to drum up some additional members, use PAYO for mailing lists. PAYO is happy to provide your chapter with a PAYO member mailing list twice a year or once every six months. Use this list to market your chapter and/or chapter events.

Speaking of those events, make sure to register your chapter’s events with PAYO. The submitted chapter event will then be displayed on the PAYO website where PAYO members and the public can view chapter events in their area, serving as additional marketing for your chapter.

No matter whether your chapter is thriving or needs a little extra help, chapter leaders and PAYO are always here to lend their support. Don’t hesitate to take advantage of these resources.

Speaker Requests

If you will be requesting a speaker for a chapter event, please make sure to first register your chapter event online. You may then submit your speaker request online once the event is registered with Chapter Relations. All chapter events and speaker requests must be submitted by a chapter officer 90 days prior to the event. Please do not reach out to speakers prior to following these steps.
