Earlier this week, with the conclusion of PAYO’s Annual Business Meeting, we welcomed three new volunteers to the Board of Advisors. The Regional Advisors act as mentors and representatives to the chapters in their respective regions. Please allow me to introduce them.
For Region 2, your new Advisor is Robin Davis, CPP. She has been in the payroll industry for 30 years! Robin has been a Certified Payroll Professional since 2000, and a PayrollOrg member since 2009. She currently serves on the Government Relations Task Force (GRTF) Electronic Payments Subcommittee, Social Networking Committee, and Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force (SPLTF).

For Region 6, your new Advisor is Christine Porras, CPP. Christine has been committed to the payroll industry for over 25 years. She has been a member of PayrollOrg since 2009, and a Certified Payroll Professional since 2013. She also continues to volunteer to organize the Annual Michigan Statewide Payroll Conference.

For Region 7, your new Advisor is Christena Verrill, CPP. Christena has been committed to the payroll industry for over 29 years. She has been a member of PayrollOrg since 1995 and reobtained her Certified Payroll Professional designation in March 2024. She currently serves on the Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force (SPLTF) Best Practices Subcommittee, Government Relations Task Force (GRTF) Garnishments Subcommittee, GRTF State and Local Topics, GRTF Child Support Subcommittee, GRTF Federal Issues Subcommittee, and is an Ask an Expert volunteer.
