Earlier this month, with the conclusion of PAYO’s Annual Business Meeting, we welcomed three new volunteers to the Board of Advisors. The Regional Advisors act as mentors and representatives to the chapters in their respective regions. Please allow me to introduce them.
For Region 1, your new Advisor is Priti Rughani, CPP. She has been processing and reviewing payroll for more than 25 years and has experience processing payroll for more than 35 countries. Priti has been a PayrollOrg member and Certified Payroll Professional since 2012. She currently serves on the Government Relations Task Force (GRTF) Electronic Payments Subcommittee and is an Ask an Expert volunteer.

For Region 4, your new Advisor is Carney Kim, CPP. Carney has been a member of PayrollOrg and a Certified Payroll Professional since 2012. He currently serves on the Education Advisory Committee, the Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force (SPLTF) Best Practices Subcommittee, SPLTF Small Employers' Best Practices Subcommittee, and is a Board of Contributing Writers and Ask an Expert volunteer.

For Region 8, your new Advisor is Iggy Svoboda, CPP. Iggy has been a member of PayrollOrg and a Certified Payroll Professional since 2008. During this time, she was a member of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter where she served as an Education Coordinator and Chapter President. In 2019, she expanded her payroll network to serve on the Global Education Advisory Committee, and the National Speakers Bureau, and appeared as a guest on the PayTalk Podcast.
