Tonight’s the night! The highly anticipated Chapter Exchange at the APA’s 36th Annual Congress is being held from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in Maryland Ballroom C. If you have yet to experience this amazing event, here are the top three reasons to attend:
1. NetworkingThe Chapter Exchange provides a unique opportunity to meet and network with peers from over 120 active APA-affiliated chapters. Find answers to your chapter questions, learn tips for chapter success, and make new friends.
The Board of Advisors serve as experienced mentors of support to their region’s chapters. They bring forth ideas and recommendations from the local level to help enhance and further benefit APA. At the 36th Annual Congress, five Advisors will “pass the torch” as their successors step into their new roles. Meet the outgoing, current, and incoming Board of Advisors at the Chapter Exchange.
Chapters are divided in 9 regions, each with their own Board of Advisor.
3. 2018 Chapter Contests Winners
The winners will be announced and awarded for the Chapter Pictorial Contest, Best Chapter Website Contest, Best Statewide or Regional Meeting Contest, Chapters’ Choice Contest, and the highly prestigious Chapter of the Year Contest.
