Every year, PAYO seeks to recognize chapters and individuals who promote National Payroll Week (September 7-11, 2026). As you plan your NPW celebration and volunteer activities, remember to enter the contests below for a chance to win big! Prizes include free registrations for the 45th Payroll Congress in San Antonio, Texas, free registrations for your choice of PAYO seminar or webinar, and free subscriptions to The Payroll Source® Online.
All winners in the below categories, except the National Education category, will receive a personalized Award Certificate, recognition in PAYTECH and the Chapter Leaders Blog, digital web banners for use on chapter websites and email signatures, and bragging rights for one year.

Helpful Tips
When completing your National Payroll Week (NPW) contest entries, make sure to:
- Answer all the questions on the respective NPW contest fliers in full detail and in the same order they appear on the flyer.
- Include plenty of pictures of your activities in every entry you submit to the Chapter Relations Department (photos are worth a thousand words!)
- Enter as many categories as you can to increase your odds of winning great prizes, including registration to the 2027 Payroll Congress in San Antonio, Texas!

NPW Planning Guide
Sign up to receive the official NPW Planning Guide with tips for creating your own successful National Payroll Week celebration. It contains all the information you will need to get the NPW festivities started in your workplace, community, and PAYO local chapter.
Preparing for Year-End Meeting Guidelines:
PAYO's Education Team has confirmed that all PAYO chapters may host their own Preparing for Year-End meetings either before September 15, 2026, or anytime in December 2026. This timing helps avoid scheduling conflicts with PAYO National-sponsored events while maximizing participation in both chapter and national programs.
